  2. You'll get a coverage email with your expected costs

  3. Complete online assessments at home (20-30 min)

  4. First visit scheduled — usually within 5-7 days

We accept Anthem, Aetna, and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in-network.

Self-pay or out-of-network?
First visit is approximately $600. Follow-up visits: $250-$375 depending on length. Monthly care coordination: $195/mo.
