Services · Ongoing Medication Treatment
Medication is a tool. We use it carefully.
Starting, titrating, optimizing, and — when it's time — deprescribing. Ongoing medication treatment is most of what we do after your first visit. Short virtual check-ins, refills through the portal, and an honest conversation every time something changes.
What "ongoing medication treatment" means here
Real medication work is iterative: start, observe, adjust. It takes weeks to months to get a regimen right — and then occasional tune-ups over years.
What we prescribe
We work with every major class of psychiatric medication — antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, ADHD medications, mood stabilizers, atypical antipsychotics, and sleep medications when targeted and short-term.
Responsible prescribing
We follow CURES protocols for controlled substances, start low and go slow, and regularly revisit whether every medication in your regimen is earning its place. Deprescribing — carefully taking something off — is as much a part of our practice as starting new medications.
Continuing care from another provider
If you're already on medication and moving to our practice, bring your records. We still require one comprehensive intake visit — for safety and relationship — and then we continue your care, usually without any interruption in your prescription.
