Included in your first visit — at no extra charge: the myJourney at-home intake, your Medical Historian Session, and (when clinically indicated) Creyos cognitive testing. Short-term CBT, when a good fit alongside medication, is billed at the follow-up rate. See what the first visit includes →
Insurance: if you're in-network (Anthem, Aetna, most BCBS), you pay your plan's copay — usually $20–$60 per visit after deductible. See full insurance page →
HSA / FSA: psychiatric care is an eligible expense. We provide itemized receipts you can submit for reimbursement.
Out-of-network reimbursement: if your plan has out-of-network mental-health benefits, we provide superbills on request — send them to your insurer and they reimburse you directly. Typical reimbursement is 50–80% after your OON deductible.
Late cancellations: $250 fee for cancellations inside 48 hours or missed appointments (waived in true emergencies).
